Hiya!
An unexpected stopover in Hong Kong gave me the chance to brush up on my Cantonese. (yeah right)!
This place is amazing. The Great Wall, Terracotta Warriors, Shanghai, Beijing and don't even get me started on the food. Last night I had skewered scorpion along the Wang Fu Jing Road and today I'm trying the grasshopper with lashings of larva and seahorse.
Anyway, must dash I'm off for a game of Mahjong with some of the locals.
Next stop Japan so I'll write when I get there.
