This week we’re looking at how to photograph festivals and parades. These events can give you colour, action and endless opportunities to capture that special shot. Don’t forget to get there early to find the best viewpoints and stake out your position.
Tip 9: Once you have got a wide shot of a festival crowd, get closer and pick out individuals who express the spirit of the festival. Get close to your subject matter and find small moments that provide an insight into the wider scene.
