These cute ground squirrels in South Africa were snapped by wildlife photography duo Ann and Steve Toon. Over a decade ago the husband and wife team took a sabbatical from their London journalism jobs and fell in love with Africa’s dramatic landscapes and unique animal life. They have been photographing the continent together ever since.
