Dazzling cultural celebrations at Morocco’s Gnaoua Festival

For three days the colourful port city of Essaouira, Morocco, comes alive with music, theatre and art as the Gnaoua world music festival celebrates traditional North African culture. Up to 500,000 visitors attend to dance and be merry in the city’s labyrinthine streets and beautiful plazas.
