1358-930 - The Fort Douglas monument in downtown Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Fort Douglas was built by Scottish and Irish settlers in 1813 and named after the 5th Earl of Selkirk who led the settlers. The fort was destroyed by a flood in 1826.
