Amy Hamilton has a lifelong passion for photography starting when she was given her first camera, a Polaroid One Step, as a young child. Her career as a professional photographer follows her initial commitment towards improving the environment as a civil engineer employed by an environmental consulting firm. As a photographer, Amy’s focus is on landscape photography to highlight the world’s varied natural resources and beauty along with the real threats that exist, which are drastically changing our environment. Amy’s hope is to motivate conservation and participation since we all have to be committed to protecting the environment before irreparable damage alters how future generations will live.
