Annie Owen is best known for her extensive portfolio of images taken mainly in India, Borneo and other parts of Asia. Annie delights in the detail of daily life in Asia. She travels there regularly and is constantly updating her imagery.Annie is aware that travelling in the more remote villages throughout Asia, she gets a different reaction to her presence as a woman than perhaps a male photographer might receive.Annie has been working in photography for many years now, and tries to make sure that her pictures tell their own stories.
