James Strachan

James studied postgraduate photography and postgraduate journalism at the London College of Printing, now University of the Arts. Since his first photographic book in 1990, on Madrid, James' images of Europe, Central America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia have appeared in books, magazines, newspapers and advertising campaigns across the world. Since 1991 he has contributed to Robert Harding. He has also regularly written and photographed travel features for The Sunday Times, How To Spend It and The Observer.
