Annie Katz

Hello: My name is Annie Katz.I was born in the USA in Portland, Maine. I spent my childhood years growing up on the Atlantic Coast in Falmouth Foreside, Maine. After spending many years in Miami, Florida I have lived in Colorado for the past 30 years. I live in an area that attracts all kinds of wildlife; bear, moose, fox, deer, elk and many other species that live in the Rocky Mountains.I am also an avid traveler and have been to most parts of the world.... Africa, India, The Arctic, SE Asia, Cuba, every state in the USA, Canada, all of Europe and various other places. I shoot with Nikon D5's and most of the time with a 600mm or 800mm Nikkor lens, among various other Nikon lenses. Drawn towards action photography, the outdoors, and a deep love of animals..... wildlife is a natural for me. I also enjoy gorgeous and interesting landscapes and also do a lot of photojournalism so photographing people is also one of my loves.
