American wildlife photography master James Hager photographed these characterful warthogs in Tanzania and South Africa. The strange looking creatures belong to the same family as domestic pigs. They forage for plants and grass and can go long periods without water in the dry season. James captured them wallowing in mud to cool down and protect them from insects. Read more about James’ work
